I, the guardian of the student, acknowledge that this registration is preliminary and that the Noon Academy program for aptitude and attainment is considered an additional intensive program alongside the school program at the (desired school) and my child is not considered enrolled in the program until the admission and registration procedures mandated by Noon Educational for aptitude and attainment are completed.
Admission Policy:
Noon Educational Company for aptitude and attainment follows the regulations approved by the Ministry of Education in its admission policy, and conducts a diagnostic test and organizes interviews for applicants in accordance with the following age criteria:
First: Middle and Secondary Stages:
Students who have successfully completed the sixth grade of elementary school and the third grade of middle school according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or obtained an equivalent certified and recognized certificate for those who studied outside the Kingdom and passed the diagnostic tests and personal interviews will be accepted.
Admission Requirements:
1. The student must pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews organized by the schools and pass the English language proficiency test.
2. The student or guardian submits a file that includes the following documents:
- Birth certificate or certified copy.
- A copy of the valid national identity card or residence permit.
- Certificate of completion of previous stages for students above the second grade of elementary school.
- A medical certificate indicating freedom from diseases from the school health unit (or from hospitals).
- A copy of the vaccination record.
Tuition Fees:
The schools have the right to change the tuition fees after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Ministry of Education.
Discount:
When enrolling two or more siblings in the schools, full fees apply to the eldest child in their academic stage, and then the discount rates for siblings are provided according to the rates established by the financial administration.
Payment Method:
1. The student's guardian must pay the prescribed fees for the first semester upon registration and pay the tuition for the first semester no later than before the start of the first week of the first semester; and the second tuition installment no later than the end of the first week of the second semester.
2. The student must be re-registered when moving from one stage to a higher stage with the stage management.
3. The schools are responsible for providing government curriculum books, transportation for field trips, and meeting the requirements for cultural, sports, and social activities and health care during the school day.
4. Parents pay the actual cost (without any markup) for meals, field trips, and purchase other school supplies such as bags and engineering tools and their equivalents.
5. The student is considered enrolled in the schools for a full semester if their guardian does not inform otherwise at least fifteen days prior to the start of the academic year, and upon withdrawal, the regulations and laws stipulated in the contract shall apply, and a student’s file cannot be withdrawn in the first, second, or third semester unless the full tuition is paid, and the student's file will not be released or administrative letters will not be provided unless the financial obligations resulting from it are paid.
6. It is preferred to pay the full tuition for those who wish to do so.
7. Guardians must adhere to the specified dates for paying the dues of their sons and daughters; if payment is delayed, the schools regret that re-registration will not be conducted, and the spot will be given to another student, and the guardian's name will be registered with the SIMAH company, and the file will be held until the previous financial obligations are settled.
8. The schools are not responsible for the loss or damage of textbooks or the tablet provided to the student.
Withdrawal:
According to the withdrawal policy followed at (the school)
Contract Terms Between the School and the Guardian:
First: The Schools' Commitment Towards the Student and Guardian
1. Providing the student with the official and additional education approved by the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia.
2. Striving to instill effective belonging to religion, then to the king and the homeland.
3. Working to nurture the student's abilities and readiness and guide them according to their age stage to achieve the targeted educational goals.
4. Committing to developing the student's scientific thinking and training them in modern analysis and inference methods.
5. Preparing the student to work in society at a high level and with high efficiency.
6. Paying attention to providing distinguished thinking in teaching methods that help students face the challenges of life and modern technology.
7. Addressing the problems the student may face in a sound manner through building bridges of communication between the home and the school.
Second: Basic Conditions That Must Be Accepted and Complied With:
1. The student must pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews determined by the schools as a condition for admission.
2. Compliance with the schools' regulations and laws, including adherence to the school uniform and attendance times.
3. Respecting the regulations and instructions issued by the school administrations and respect for teachers, administrative staff, and support services employees, including cleaners and security personnel.
4. Compliance with: (Islamic Sharia instructions and texts, Ministry of Education instructions, schools' regulations and laws), which are mandatory for all.
5. All students must keep their personal IDs and present them when necessary.
6. Penalties stipulated in (Ministry of Education instructions – schools' regulations and laws) shall apply to any student committing any violation.
7. Each student must write their name and grade on the covers of books, notebooks, and personal supplies.
8. Students are allowed to use school phones when necessary, and it is advisable for students to bring a suitable amount of money for purchasing breakfast - if they wish - from school canteens, and transactions in currencies other than Saudi Riyals are prohibited, and the student takes responsibility for the loss of their money...
9. The student must comply with the specifications of clothing and sports shoes specified by the schools.
10. The authority of the teacher applies equally to the assistant teachers, and students must obey them and adhere to all recommendations and directions issued by them.
11. The schools have the right to exclude any student in the event of committing one or more violations listed in the fourth item, specifically if any violation of (Islamic Sharia instructions and texts, Ministry of Education instructions, schools' regulations and laws) takes place...
12. The schools have the right to take photos of the student and publish photos and videos containing their images on Noon’s official platforms.
13. Attention to the additional materials approved in the schools and attending reinforcing courses by the student, and their monitoring by the guardian, and in case of neglecting or failing in these courses, the guardian commits to transferring the student to another school.
14. Raising the student's level is a partnership between home and school where each party plays its role, and failure on the student’s part to complete homework and attend free enrichment programs and the monitoring by the guardians of teachers’ notes, advisers, and attending guardian meetings is the responsibility of the home.
Third: Financial Obligations:
1. The prescribed fees must be paid according to what is approved in the regulations of (the school).
2. Tuition fees must be settled before the first week of each semester for the student transitioning from their grade.
3. Tuition fees must be settled on time, and failure to do so will result in holding the file and preventing the entry of the student into the schools based on this contract.
4. Results of monthly, semester, and final reports will be withheld from any student with unpaid tuition fees, and they will not be provided with a password to access the system, nor will their file be transferred to other schools.
5. The schools reserve the right to change the fees according to regulations and Ministry approval without referring to the guardian.
6. The enrollment request and its terms are an integral part of this contract.
7. The guardian's name will be included in the SIMAH program in case of failure to pay the fees on time.
Fourth: Behavioral Obligations:
The rules for organizing behavior and attendance issued by the Ministry of Education and the official school regulations will be the reference in this regard, and students will be subject to disciplinary actions that could lead to expulsion from the schools in cases of:
1. Non-compliance with the Ministry of Education instructions and school regulations.
2. Failing to perform prayers on time collectively at schools.
3. Not adhering to the school uniform or wearing strange clothes to the society.
4. Driving vehicles and being present on the school premises.
5. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness and failing to adhere to the attendance and departure times set by the school administration.
6. Falling below a 60% academic average after written warning.
7. Exhausting the penalties stipulated in the school regulations such as warnings and notifications.
8. Committing one or more behavioral violations as stipulated in the organizing behavior and attendance rules issued by the Ministry of Education attached to the student enrollment application.
9. Bringing mobile phones into classrooms and other school facilities, or bringing or distributing fireworks or any odorous substance or tampering with them.
10. Smoking on school premises or the smell of smoke or carrying cigarettes or using sedatives or similar substances.
11. Bringing tapes, disks, magazines, or materials with non-Islamic or non-educational implications or distribution of any publications or messages of any kind without permission from the official authorities.
12. Verbally, physically, or emotionally abusing teachers and staff or other students.
13. Attempting to cheat on tests in any form.
14. Having haircuts that are unconventional or following trends not aligned with our community's traditions.
15. Attempts to skip or leave school without permission.
16. Using beauty products such as makeup, nail polish, hair dyes, or wearing gold and jewelry that do not comply with Islamic teachings and Ministry instructions.
17. Tampering with school property in any form or damaging it, with full responsibility for repairing any resulting damage.
18. Bringing any unauthorized individuals from outside the schools to the school premises for mischief or disruption.
19. Participating in chaotic gatherings in front of the schools.
20. Failing to adhere to the terms of this contract.
Fifth: Obligations of Servants and Drivers:
1. Entering the schools is only allowed under emergency circumstances and with permission from school administrations.
2. Parking vehicles in designated areas.
3. Not obstructing the traffic in front of the schools.
4. Following the instructions of security personnel at the schools and treating them kindly.
5. Not smoking on school premises or in front of students.
Commitment to the five contract terms:
I, the guardian of the student, have read the rules and regulations of the schools stated above, and after thoroughly reviewing the enrollment and registration system in the schools, I agree and commit to the schools to accept the instructions and adhere to everything stated in this contract and implement it, and to provide the student's file with all the required registration papers within seven days from this date. In case of delay, the student will not be considered officially registered in the schools, and the schools have the right to request the transfer of the student to another school if they commit any violation of any kind without providing reasons or justifications. I acknowledge this.
I acknowledge that I am aware of the rules governing behavior and attendance issued by the Ministry of Education and that I have reviewed them and will adhere to them.
Note: The registration documents will not be considered complete until the contract is signed and the payment is made at the (desired school) and the second party (the student and their guardian)

Admission Policy:
Noon Educational for abilities and achievement follows the regulations approved by the Ministry of Education in its admission policy, as it conducts a diagnostic test and organizes interviews for male and female applicants according to the following age criteria:
First: Middle and Secondary Stages:
Students who have completed their studies in the sixth grade of elementary and the third grade of middle school successfully according to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's systems or have obtained an equivalent certificate recognized for those who studied outside the Kingdom and passed the diagnostic tests and personal interviews are accepted.
Admission Requirements:
1. The student must pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews organized by the schools and pass the English language placement test.
2. The student or guardian must submit a file containing the following documents:
- Birth certificate or an approved copy.
- A copy of the valid civil status card or residency.
- A certificate of passing the previous stages for students of second-grade elementary and above.
- A medical certificate confirming their free from diseases from the school health unit (or from hospitals).
- A copy of the vaccination record.
Tuition Fees:
Schools have the right to change tuition fees after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Ministry of Education.
Discount:
If two or more siblings enroll in the schools, the full fees apply to the eldest sibling in their academic level, and then a percentage discount is provided for the other siblings according to the percentages set by the financial administration.
How to Pay:
1. The guardian must pay the required fees for the first semester upon registration and must pay the first semester's tuition by the latest before the beginning of the first week of the first semester; the second semester's tuition must be paid no later than the end of the first week of the second semester.
2. The student must be re-registered when transitioning from one stage to a higher stage at the management of the stage.
3. Schools are responsible for providing textbooks for the government curriculum, transportation for field trips, and the requirements for cultural, sports, and social activities, as well as health care during the school day.
4. Parents must cover the actual cost (without any addition) for meals, field trips, and the purchase of other school supplies such as bags and engineering tools, and similar items.
5. The student is considered enrolled in the schools for a full semester if their guardian does not inform otherwise at least (fifteen days) before the academic year starts. When withdrawing, the policies and regulations stated in the contract apply, and no student's file may be withdrawn in the first, second, or third semester unless all dues are paid, and the student will not receive their file nor will they be provided with educational and administrative certificates unless the financial obligations incurred are settled.
6. It is preferable to pay the full amount for those who wish to do so.
7. Parents must adhere to the specified dates for settling dues for their sons and daughters, and if payment is delayed beyond the specified time, the schools regret to inform that re-registration will not occur, and the spot will be given to another student. The guardian's name will be recorded in the SIMA program, and the file will be withheld until previous financial obligations are settled.
8. Schools are not responsible for the loss or damage of educational books or tablets provided to the student.

6. Prioritizing the provision of distinctive thinking in teaching methods that help students face the challenges of life and modern technology.
7. Caring for resolving any issues that may confront the student in a sound manner through bridging the communication between home and school.
Second: Basic Conditions to Be Accepted and Committed to Executing:
1. The student must pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews determined by the schools as a condition for admission.
2. Compliance with the schools' systems and regulations including adherence to school uniform and times of attendance and departure.
3. Respect for the systems and instructions issued by school administrations and respect for teachers and staff, including cleaning and security personnel and support services workers.
4. Adherence to: (Instructions and texts of Islamic law, instructions from the Ministry of Education, and school regulations) which are mandatory for everyone.
5. All students must keep their personal identification and present it when required.
6. The penalties set out in (Ministry of Education Instructions - School Regulations) will apply to any male or female student who commits any violation.
7. Every student must write their name and grade on books, notebooks, and their personal items.
8. Students may use school phones when necessary. It is advisable that the student brings a suitable amount of money to buy breakfast if they wish from school canteens. It is prohibited to use currencies other than Saudi currency, and the student is responsible for losing their money...
9. The student must comply with the specifications for clothing and sports shoes set by the schools.
10. The supervisor has the same authority as primary teachers, and students must obey them and adhere to all recommendations and guidelines issued by them.
11. Schools have the right to exclude a student if they commit one or more of the violations in item four, or if they violate (instructions and texts of Islamic law, instructions from the Ministry of Education, and school regulations)...
12. Schools have the right to photograph the student and publish images and videos containing their images on official Noon platforms.
13. Concern for additional subjects approved in schools and attendance in reinforcement courses by the student, and monitoring by the guardian. Failing to pay attention to them, neglecting them, or failing will compel the guardian to transfer the student to another school.
14. Raising the level of the student is a partnership between home and school, where everyone plays their role, and negligence by the student regarding homework and participation in free enrichment programs, and the monitoring of parents regarding teachers’ notes, facilitators, and attendance at parent meetings is the responsibility of the home.
Third: Financial Obligations:
1. Tuition fees must be paid as approved in the systems of (the school).
2. Tuition must be settled before the first week of each semester for the student transitioning from their class.
3. Fees must be paid on time, and failure to do so will result in file withholding and the student not being admitted into schools based on this contract.
4. The results of monthly, semester, and final reports will be withheld from the student who has pending tuition fees unpaid, and they will not be provided with the password to access the system, nor will their file be transferred to other schools.
5. Schools have the right to change fees according to the regulations and with Ministry approval without referring to the guardian.
6. The application for admission and its terms are an integral part of this contract.
7. The guardian's name will be included in the SIMA program if tuition fees are not paid on time.
Fourth: Behavioral Obligations:
The rules governing behavior and attendance issued by the Ministry of Education and the official school regulations are the reference in this matter, and penalties may be applied to the student which may reach the level of expulsion from the schools in the case of:
1. Failing to comply with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and the school regulations.
2. Failing to perform prayer on time with the congregation at schools.
3. Not adhering to the school uniform and wearing clothing inappropriate for the community.
4. Driving a vehicle and attending with it from and to the school premises.
5. Frequent absenteeism or tardiness and not adhering to the attendance and departure times set by school administration.
6. Dropping the academic average below 60% after a written warning.
7. Exhausting the penalties stipulated in school regulations regarding warnings and notices.
8. Committing one or more behavioral violations stipulated in the behavior and attendance regulations issued by the Ministry of Education attached to the admission application for students.
9. Bringing mobile phones (cell phones) into classes and courtyards or similar school facilities, or bringing or distributing fireworks or any substance with an unpleasant odor or playing with them.
10. Smoking on school premises or having its smell or carrying cigarettes or using tranquilers or similar items.
11. Bringing tapes, discs, magazines, pictures, or CDs, or websites that carry un-Islamic indicators, ideological, or non-educational thoughts, or bringing or distributing any publications or messages of any kind without permission from the official authorities in the state.
12. Verbally, physically, or morally abusing teachers and staff and students.
13. Attempting to cheat in exams by any means.
14. Growing hair in a manner that makes it out of the ordinary or adopting strange hairstyles contrary to our community traditions.
15. The act of escaping or leaving the school without permission.
16. Using cosmetic products such as makeup, nail polish, hair dye, or wearing gold and jewelry, or anything that does not comply with the instructions and texts of Islamic law, Ministry of Education instructions, and school regulations.
17. Tampering with school property of any kind or damaging it, bearing full responsibility for repairing all resultant damages, regardless of their extent, and compensating for the losses.
18. Bringing students from outside the schools to the school premises for the purpose of speculation or mischief, etc.
19. Participating in chaotic gatherings in front of school premises.
20. Failing to adhere to the provisions of this contract.

I, the guardian of the student, have read the school rules and regulations mentioned above, and after fully reviewing the admission and registration system in the schools, I agree and commit with the schools to accept the instructions and abide by what is stated in this contract and enforce it, and to submit the student's file with all the required documents for registration within seven days from this date. If I delay, the student will not be officially registered in the schools, and schools have the right to request to transfer the student to another school if they commit any offense of any kind without providing reasons or justifications, and I acknowledge this.
I acknowledge that I am aware of the rules governing behavior and attendance issued by the Ministry of Education and have reviewed them, and I commit to adhering to them.
