I, the parent/guardian of the student, acknowledge that I am aware that this registration is preliminary and that the Noon Program for Qudrat and Tahsili is considered an additional intensive program to the school program in (the desired school) and my child is not considered registered in the program until after the completion of the admission and registration procedures for the schools approved by Noon Educational for Qudrat and Tahsili.
Admission Policy:
Noon Educational Company for Qudrat and Tahsili follows the regulations approved by the Ministry of Education in its admission policy. It also conducts a diagnostic test and organizes interviews for applicants according to the following age criteria:
First: Middle and High School Levels:
Students who have successfully completed the sixth grade of elementary school and the third grade of middle school in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or who have obtained an equivalent certified and recognized certificate for those who studied outside the Kingdom and passed the diagnostic tests and personal interviews, are accepted.
Admission Requirements:
1. The student must pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews organized by the schools and pass the English language placement test.
2. The student or guardian must submit a file containing the following documents:
- Birth certificate or a certified copy.
- A copy of a valid national ID card or residency permit (Iqama).
- Certificates of completion of previous levels for students from the second grade of elementary school and above.
- A medical certificate of being free from diseases from the school health unit (or from hospitals).
- A copy of the vaccination record.
Tuition Fees:
Schools reserve the right to change tuition fees after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Ministry of Education.
Discount:
When two or more siblings enroll in the schools, the full fees are charged for the son (daughter) at the highest grade level, and then the discount rate is offered to the brothers and sisters in accordance with the rates approved by the Financial Administration.
Payment Method:
1. The student's guardian pays the prescribed fees for the first semester upon registration and pays the tuition installment for the first semester no later than before the beginning of the first week of the first semester; and the second tuition installment no later than the end of the first week of the second semester.
2. The student must be re-registered when moving from one level to a higher level with the administration of that level.
3. The schools undertake to secure government curriculum books, transportation for field visits, and the requirements for cultural, sports, social activities, and health care during the school day.
4. Parents pay the actual cost (without any additions) for meals, field trips, and the purchase of other school supplies such as (school bags, geometry tools, and the like).
5. The student is considered registered in the schools for a full semester unless their guardian informs otherwise at least (fifteen days) before the start of the academic year, and upon withdrawal, the regulations and laws set forth in the contract apply. The file of any student in the first, second, or third semester may not be withdrawn unless the full installment is paid, and the student's file will not be handed over, nor will they be provided with educational or administrative statements, unless the financial obligations incurred are settled.
6. It is preferable to pay the installment in full for those who wish to do so.
7. Parents must adhere to the specified dates to pay the amounts due for their sons and daughters. In the event of default on payment at the specified time, the schools regret that registration will not be renewed, and the placement will be given to another student. The parent's name will be registered with SIMAH company, and the file will be withheld until the previous financial obligations incurred are paid.
8. The schools are not responsible for the loss or damage of textbooks or tablets provided to the student.
Withdrawal:
According to the withdrawal policy followed in (the School)
Terms of the contract between the school and the parent:
First: The schools' commitment to the student and the parent
1. Providing the student with the prescribed formal and additional education approved by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
2. Seeking to establish effective loyalty block to religion, then the King and the homeland.
3. Seeking to nurture the student's abilities and readiness and guiding them according to the age level to achieve the targeted educational goals.
4. Being keen to develop the scientific thinking of the student and training them on modern methods of analysis and deduction.
5. Working to prepare the student to work in social fields at a high level and with great efficiency.
6. Paying attention to providing an outstanding philosophy in educational methods that helps the student face the challenges of life and modern technology.
7. Caring about dealing with the problems that the student may face in a proper manner through building communication bridges between home and school.
Second: Basic conditions that must be accepted and adhered to:
1. The student passing the diagnostic tests and personal interviews specified by the schools is a condition for admission to the schools.
2. Adhering to the schools' systems and regulations, including: adhering to the school uniform and complying with the arrival and departure times.
3. Respecting the regulations and instructions issued by the school administrations, and respecting teachers, staff, including cleaning, security, and auxiliary services staff.
4. Abiding by: (instructions and texts of Islamic Sharia, instructions of the Ministry of Education, and regulations and systems of the schools) which are mandatory for everyone.
5. All students must keep their personal ID cards and show them when needed.
6. The penalties prescribed in the (instructions of the Ministry of Education - school regulations and rules) shall be applied to any student who commits any violation.
7. Every student must write their name and grade on the covers of books, notebooks, and special tools.
8. Students are allowed to use school phones when necessary, and it is preferable for the student to bring an appropriate amount of money to buy breakfast - if they want to - from the school canteens. Transactions in non-Saudi currencies are prohibited, and the student bears the responsibility for losing their money...
9. The student must adhere to the specifications of sportswear and shoes specified by the schools.
10. The facilitator (male/female) has the same authority as the main teacher, and the students must obey them and adhere to all recommendations and guidance issued by them.
11. The schools have the right to dismiss the student in the event of committing one or more of the violations in the fourth clause, i.e., in the event of committing what violates the (instructions and texts of Islamic Sharia, instructions of the Ministry of Education, and school rules and regulations)...
12. The schools have the right to photograph the student and publish photos and videos containing their images on the official Noon platforms.
13. Caring about the additional subjects approved in the schools and attending reinforcement courses by the student, and following up on them by the guardian. In the event of lack of interest in them, neglecting them, or failing them, the guardian undertakes to transfer the student to another school.
14. Raising the student's level is a partnership between home and school where each performs their role. The student's lack of interest in doing homework and attending free enrichment programs, and parents' follow-up on the notes of teachers, facilitators, and attending parent meetings is the responsibility of the home.
Third: Financial Obligations:
1. The prescribed fees are paid according to what is approved in (the School) regulations.
2. Tuition fees must be paid before the first week of each academic semester for the student moving from their class.
3. Tuition fees must be paid on time. Failure to pay will result in withholding the file and not admitting the student to the schools based on this contract.
4. The results of monthly, quarterly, and final reports will be withheld from the student who owes unpaid tuition fees. They will not be provided with the password to access the system, nor will their file be transferred to other schools.
5. The schools have the right to change the fees according to the regulations and approval of the Ministry without referring to the parent.
6. The application form and its provisions are considered an integral part of this contract.
7. Listing the parent's name in the (SIMAH) program in the event of failure to pay the fees on time.
Fourth: Behavioral Obligations:
The rules of code of conduct and attendance issued by the Ministry of Education and the official regulations of the schools are the reference in this matter, and the regulatory penalty will be imposed on the student, which may reach the level of expulsion from the schools in case of:
1. Non-compliance with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and the regulations and systems of the schools.
2. Failure to perform prayers on time in congregation at schools.
3. Failure to adhere to the school uniform and wearing clothes that are foreign to society.
4. Driving a car and coming with it to and from the school campus.
5. Frequent absence or lateness and non-compliance with the arrival and departure times issued by the school administration.
6. The academic GPA dropping to less than 60% after a written warning.
7. Exhaustion of the penalties specified in the school regulations, such as warnings and notices.
8. Committing one or more of the behavioral violations stipulated in the code of conduct and attendance rules issued by the Ministry of Education attached to the application for admission for students.
9. Bringing mobile phones to classrooms, yards, and other school facilities, or bringing or distributing firecrackers or any foul-smelling substance or tampering with them.
10. Smoking on school premises, or the appearance of its smell, or carrying cigarettes, or using sedatives or the like.
11. Bringing tapes, memory chips, magazines, pictures, disks, CDs, or internet website addresses carrying non-Islamic, intellectual, or non-educational signs, or bringing or distributing any publications or letters of any kind without the permission of the official authorities in the country.
12. Verbal, physical, or moral abuse of teachers, students, and staff.
13. Attempting to cheat in exams by any means.
14. Growing hair long in an unusual manner or practicing hairstyles that are foreign to our society's traditions.
15. Running away or leaving schools without permission.
16. Using cosmetics like makeup, nail polish, and hair dye, or wearing gold and jewelry, and other things that do not match the instructions and texts of Islamic Sharia, instructions of the Ministry of Education, and regulations and systems of the schools.
17. Tampering with school property of any kind or damaging it, with full commitment to repair all resulting damages, whatever they may be, and to compensate for the damaged items.
18. Bringing any student from outside the schools to the school campus with the aim of physical fighting or rioting and the like.
19. Participating in chaotic gatherings in front of the school campus.
20. Failure to comply with the terms of this contract.
Fifth: Obligations of helpers and drivers:
1. Not entering the schools except for emergency cases and with the permission of the school administrations.
2. Parking cars in designated areas.
3. Not obstructing traffic in front of schools.
4. Implementing the instructions of security personnel in schools and dealing with them kindly.
5. No smoking on school premises or in front of students.
Pledge to comply with the five provisions of the contract:
I, the parent/guardian of the student, have read the school regulations and systems mentioned above, and after my full review of the admission and registration system in the schools, I agree and contract with the schools to accept the instructions, commit to what is stated in this contract and execute it, and bring the student's file with all required registration documents within seven days from this date. In the event of my delay, the student is not considered officially registered in the schools. The schools have the right to request the transfer of the student to another school in the event that they commit any violation of any kind without giving reasons or justifications, and hereby I acknowledge this.
I acknowledge that I am aware of the code of conduct and attendance rules issued by the Ministry of Education, and I have reviewed them and will adhere to them.
Notice: Registration documents are not considered complete until the contract is signed and payment is made at (the desired school) by the second party (the student and their parent/guardian).
